Belhaven subdivision is a 60 acre residential community for DR Horton delivering 127 single family home sites.

Key Scope Highlights

  • Initial Site Work:
    • Rough Grading: Establishing preliminary elevations and contours for drainage and preparation for utility/foundation work.
    • Final Grading: Achieving precise, finished grade for paving, foundations, and landscaping, ensuring proper water runoff and aesthetic presentation.
    • Utilities: Trenching for site utilities of 127 home sites. 
    • Excavation for 16 Basements: Precision excavation for subterranean levels of all sixteen residential units, including stable sidewalls and a level, prepared floor for foundation footings and concrete slab.
  • Post-Construction and Aesthetic Elements:
    • Landscaping: Installation of all softscape (trees, shrubs, groundcovers, sod/seeding) and hardscape elements for environmental sustainability and curb appeal.
    • Irrigation: Design and installation of a complete, automated system for efficient water use and longevity of new landscaping.
    • Playground Installation: Complete assembly and installation of the recreational area, including play structures, safety surfacing (engineered wood fiber/rubber tiles), and fall protection measures, strictly compliant with safety standards.
  • Overall Goal: Ensure efficient project movement from raw land preparation through structural readiness and final community amenity completion.
