The Work

What you'll be doing

Operate dozer, excavator, loader, and skid steer on active grading sites
Cut and fill to grade stakes, GPS, and plan elevations
Load and place material, build pads, cut ditches and swales
Perform daily walk-arounds, greasing, and basic field maintenance
Work safely around pipe crews, trucks, and other trades on a live site

Requirements

What you need

2+ years running heavy equipment on commercial or residential sitework
Able to read grade stakes and work to plan elevations
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

A Plus

Helps, not required

Experience with GPS machine control (Trimble, Topcon)
Fine grading experience for pads, subgrade, and stone
CDL Class A
