Trax Contracting Group has completed lot development at Reina Vista, a 32-lot single-family community off Queener Road in Knox County.
The scope covered mass grading, storm drainage and swales, and erosion control — self-performed by Trax crews on GPS machine control. Lots were delivered in phases to keep vertical construction moving while sitework continued on the balance of the project.
